What a amazing place kind hearted staff i hats off for the jetwing sea breez entire crew to make my stay beautiful and specially cafe j staff for maginificent service… foods were amazing im highly recommend chicken burger and the entire coffee menu… mouthwatering foods for reasonable price this is my 3 rd time to sri lanka and everytime im trying cafe j … cakes were super fresh and now they move cafe to previous koththamalli cafe spot… interior is very cozy and magnificent. Highly recommended

Nice place with a very good ambience — perfect for a relaxed meal or coffee. Food is tasty and the staff are friendly and attentive. The only small downside is that parking can be a bit challenging during busy times. Overall, a great spot to enjoy in Negombo!

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Cafe J today. The food was absolutely delicious, though the service was a bit slow. However, the wait was well worth it! The highlight of Cafe J has to be their cakes they are simply the best. We’ve been ordering their cakes for almost every special occasion, and they never disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and exceptional cakes!

Hi What to say… such a lovely place with a friendly atmosphere and vibe. Good food. The lamprice was good but it’ll be better if they put some chicken or mutton gravy because was a bit dry. But still compliments to Pathum and Amila. Also big thanks to Anusha and Thanuja to be very helpful and kind. Great costumer service

Our first day in Negombo, Sri Lanka, we happened upon a cute, fun looking restaurant called Cafe J. A tandoori chicken wrap and a vegetable wrap were ordered. Both were delicious. The vegetable wrap was fresh and flavourful. It was the best veggie wrap I have eaten in a long time. They have ice cream, and amazing looking cakes. The restaurant is clean, and bright. Service was friendly and efficient.

My favorite lunch & coffee spot in town! I absolutely love coming to Cafe J—it’s become my go-to place not just for lunch and coffee, but also when Jetwing is fully booked and I need a quiet, safe space to relax or get some work done on my laptop. The team here is truly exceptional. Special shoutout to Anusha (Manager) , who always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed and well taken care of. She’s genuinely one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Her attention to detail and kindness make the whole experience even better. Recently, I started my vegan journey and was honestly worried about food options—but Anusha, Rukshan, and Chef Anton went out of their way to create a personalized dinner for me even though it wasn’t on the menu. That kind of care and effort is so rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this spot—great food, amazing team, and a warm, safe atmosphere.

Had a ribbon cake from Café J in Negombo for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was soft, moist, and just the right level of sweetness. The pastel-colored layers were beautiful and made the cake look as good as it tasted. The presentation was elegant, and the staff even helped with birthday candles and a sparkler, which made the moment extra special. Service was friendly and professional from start to finish.
